A detailed diagnostic report is provided at the end of the process, discussed with you during a feedback session.

Following Part 1, Ella will recommend the most appropriate assessment pathway.

Part 2 fees depend on the components required and the complexity of the assessment.

Includes structured diagnostic interview, review of developmental and medical history, questionnaires, collateral input (with consent), and integration of information using evidence-informed tools.
A cognitive assessment may be recommended as part of an adult ASD assessment when it is clinically relevant. If required, the cost is $350, which covers additional testing, scoring, interpretation, and materials.
Includes structured ADHD diagnostic interview (e.g., DIVA-5), review of history, questionnaires, and collateral input.

To help you get the most out of your assessment, please complete the following steps before attending Part 1.

This form collects some information prior to your appointment with Ella to allow the 90min appointment to focus on what matters most. This form needs to be completed prior to your initial appointment.
Please bring or email any of the following:
- Previous psychological or medical reports
- School, university or workplace records
- Any supporting documentation related to learning, attention or behaviour
- Letters or summaries from healthcare professionals
- Any diagnostic documentation from childhood
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of these — bring / email through whatever is available.
You’re welcome to attend Part 1 alone or with a support person. You will be asked questions and provide information that you may not want other people knowing.

If someone will be present, please let admin know beforehand.
The $400 Part 1 fee is required before the appointment.
Part 1 is a 90-minute clinical interview designed to understand your experiences, needs and goals.
No testing is completed during this appointment.
If attending via telehealth, please ensure:
- You are in a quiet, private space
- You have a stable internet connection
- You have access to email during the session
