Adults 18+
ADULT AssessmentsStructured assessments for ADHD, autism, combined presentations, and cognitive functioning. Evidence-based tools, a transparent process, and a written report at the end.
Book Phase 1 →If your primary goal is exploring medication, the most direct pathway is a referral from your GP to a psychiatrist — Ella does not prescribe medication. Not all psychiatrists require a psychological assessment before an appointment, though some may refer you to a psychologist as part of their process.
Where everything begins
PHASE 1 Intake & FormulationPhase 1 is required for all adult assessments. It’s an investigative process — Ella examines all possible explanations for your difficulties before recommending a specific pathway.
Phase 1 does not commit you to a full diagnostic assessment. It’s the process of figuring out what the right pathway actually is.
At the end of Phase 1, you may receive
Phase 1 Fees
| Initial intake session (90 min) | $405 |
| Additional session/s as required (60 min each) | $270 per session |

Not sure about a full assessment?
TREATMENT PlanSome people complete Phase 1 and decide a formal diagnostic report isn’t what they need. That’s a valid outcome.
If there’s enough clinical clarity — or if you simply want to understand what’s been identified and build a practical plan around it — Ella can work with you to develop a written treatment plan you can share with your GP, treating psychologist, or other allied health professionals.
This isn’t a diagnosis. It’s a document that maps out your identified difficulties and practical strategies.
Treatment Plan Fees
Ella will advise at the end of Phase 1 how many additional sessions are needed. Always follows Phase 1 — not available as a standalone service.
